What is On Your Mind?

Good Afternoon from Bali Everyone!

Thought it was a good time to bring your attention to what is on your mind right now. Ever go through a day to see what your mind thinks about most? Most people will find that the mind likes to focus on what is not right… and usually outside of ourselves – be it the workplace, the weather, the people, the “society” and the concerns related to each of these. Over time, the mind has been trained to look at life through the same lens that it has been trained to look at learning… here is the “problem” (mathematical or otherwise) and figure out the solution. So the brain really likes to focus on what is not right (i.e., the “problem”) to find a solution.

Very few people have been trained to see what IS RIGHT in each situation. Often, it is easy to see the flaws around us, and less easy to see how these “flaws” (energetically) have had our own contribution of low-vibration energies to Create their existence. I was just speaking with a client yesterday and we discussed the similarity between the pollution of the world with the “pollution/clouding” of our minds. I mentioned that if someone threw garbage into our yard or into our living room daily, not only would we clean it up regularly, we would likely create put a fence up for our yard, or correct, or not welcome a person throwing garbage into our living room. What about the “garbage” we willingly allow our minds to be filled with? Anything we “ingest” through any senses (the things we watch, the things we listen to, and the things we read or speak about with others needs a similar attention).

The truth is, we have been trained to “put up with such garbage” (like low energies of taunting, criticizing, ridiculing, belittling, yelling, moodiness, etc.) because well, that is just “normal” with the lives that most of us are living. When did this become normal? “Normal” from a Spiritual perspective is uplifting, peaceful, enjoyable (at no one’s expense), loving, compassionate, and kind. Yet over time we collectively started saying that the low-energies are “normal” while the high vibrations are not-so-“normal” to see/feel. And this is the same time that “stress” became “normal” too. A “good” stress can motivate us to move forward in some way. A not-good stress is just that – not good. Yet we normalized it in our communication. And as people started making this conversation “normal” we all labelled the normal human experience as “stressful” – in fact, if someone is not busy or “stressed” about something, that is what is seen as unusual these days.

In Vedic teachings, the times that we are going through currently are called the “Iron Age” and this is part of a cycle (from Golden to Silver to Bronze and finally to Iron) – which has been noted by scholars and Spiritual texts of all sorts in different ways. In Bali, since Hinduism is practiced regularly, the Vedic approach is somewhat understood…. though I’m not sure how Consciously people are looking to help with their thoughts, words and actions here (like everywhere). Here I see most participating the the Temple-rituals and celebrations regularly, but have not felt any difference in the practice of the actual Vedic teachings. So I am reminded that in the whole world there are only small numbers of people that compassionately help to heal other people at the world around us too. I do hope that some may be inspired by this post to live (through Conscious thoughts, words and actions) just a little differently to Lovingly encourage the naturally-next stage of our Collective experience, which is the Golden Age.

If I was to ask you, would you like to see a happier, cooperative, and healthier world around us, I suspect many (most?!) would shout out YES!! Are you ready to contribute to this? Because this is easier than you may think. That brings me back to the title of this post. What is on your mind is your thoughts… low vibration thoughts about yourself, your life situation, or the world outside of us only adds more energy to that direction. This is simple physics or energy-work understanding. When we realize that we can actually lift the world with the Conscious attention towards ANYTHING that is good, right here and right now, it seems impossible to make any big difference with actually feeling good about something. But it does. All of the high vibration energies I mentioned earlier are the areas that need our focused attention. This improves the mental and physical health of the person practicing such lifting thoughts, improves physical health of the world around us (and yes, I mean the environmental pollution… as the Earth can heal itself (it always has). So look at Nature lovingly and compassionately if you can’t look at your boss, your partner or your family in such a way. You will find that your energy with just this intentional practice will indeed start positively effecting other (things and people too). Your lower vibrations are already effecting plants, pets (yours or others’), and the overall energy of the world. Be mindful and Conscious of what you are carrying and sharing/spreading.

I honestly feel that the low-motivation of many employees, the greed of many organizations, the poor health of countless individuals and our planet are the result of our unconscious contribution.

We cannot be better until we know better. Now You Know.

BE the change you want to see in the world- M. Gandhi

May we Lovingly Create together the Golden Age with the Collective Awakening and Wise Actions following.

May THIS high vibration energy be our sincere focus because… it matters.
